    4.    Surrender is the Path to Inner Peace – Instead of controlling or resisting life, surrendering to its natural flow brings a deep sense of ease and trust in the Universe. There are so many variables to life that we as one person can not possibly have control over all the variables. Surrendering with peace in our hearts that’s the universe has everything under control is that path to inner peace.
    5.    True Happiness Comes from Within – External circumstances may bring temporary joy, but lasting happiness is found by connecting with your true self beyond the mind’s chatter. Calming the mind, trusting in the universe, letting go of what does not serve you and staying open to new experiences will all lead you to internal happiness.     •    Emotional pain only lingers when I hold onto it—letting go is my choice.
    •    The more I resist life, the more I struggle. Trusting the flow brings ease, flow and joy.
    •    Fear is a barrier, but staying open despite discomfort leads to deeper freedom and internal happiness.
    •    True peace isn’t found in changing external circumstances but in shifting my inner state.
